All owners please make sure you are checking the dryer vents, this can be a fire hazard to the entire building. The drain lines to your AC should be cleared at a minimum of twice a year. In addition, all hot water heaters should be replaced after 10 years. Following these guidelines will prevent damage to your condo as well as, your neighbors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Preserve on Anastasia Island COA Dues
Are due on the 1st of each month, and late after the 10th.
Unless the 10th falls on a weekend.
If that occurs it will need to be in the office on the following
Monday morning, to avoid a late fee.
Per FS 718-116 (3)
Assessments and installments on assessments which are not paid when due bear interest at the rate provided in the declaration, from the due date until paid. The rate may not exceed the rate allowed by law, and, if no rate is provided in the declaration, interest accrues at the rate of 18 percent per year. If provided by the declaration or bylaws, the association may, in addition to such interest, charge an administrative late fee of up to the greater of $25 or 5 percent of each delinquent installment for which the payment is late. Any payment received by an association must be applied first to any interest accrued by the association, then to any administrative late fee, then to any costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred in collection, and then to the delinquent assessment.

Know if you live in an evacuation area. Assess your risks and know your home’s vulnerability to storm surge, flooding and wind. Understand National Weather Service forecast products and especially the meaning of NWS watches and warnings.
Contact your local National Weather Service office and local government/emergency management office. Find out what type of emergencies could occur and how you should respond.
